Graduation Exhibition Head of the Coordinators
The experience of being the coordinator of an exhibition gives me the ability to use every second of my time wisely, allows me to learn how to listen to everyone’s opinion, makes me understand the importance of the connection between people. The position of leadership has never been easy, it is not a task that one person can achieve by themself, it is group work. To me, the skill of communication is the most important. It is an art of how to negotiate between people and make things work.

Time management
With collaborative schedules, job assignments become dynamic and flexible. We create several schedules for different tasks or events. These charts are constantly updated by each group leader, and my job is to monitor the flow of work and adjust it when there is any conflict.
Problem Solving
We had monthly meetings to let every student have the newest information on what other teams are doing. We develop the QR code check-in system to save time and effort on taking rolls and focus on what is truly important. This system was later applied on a bigger scale on our lecture events that is open to the general public.
Team Work
From an empty warehouse to a grand exhibition, we pre-planned the order of shipments and shifts, then spent 18 hours straight to build our exhibition from scratch with our own hand within a day. Thanks to the effort of everyone in the team, we save tons of money by shortening the time of construction.
Event Controlling
We hosted several events during the exhibition, each event has a different layout and requirement. As the coordinators, my partners and I need to remember every small detail and give clear orders to minimize mistakes, and also take good care of our guests.
