This is the work from ARC303, the well-known integrated studio of Cal Poly Pomona, which combines four different courses together for students to have the experience of finishing a set of construction documents. The contents include architectural drawings, structural drawings, detail drawings, MEP drawings, and environmental assessments. Also take egress, ADA standard, and California building code into consideration.
